Getting Sky installed at a rental property - the property is not classed as gold

How do we get the property given a gold categorisation? BT say it is not their issue and POpenreach likewise.

This sounds like a broadband line information mismatch on the Openreach database.

You need to re contact Sky on the phone to get them to look into it.

Think in the past with such things they have requested what is called an ORDI request that is sent to Openreach to address the line and postal address mismatch and check if it is valid/correct.

@DominicStartup

And presumably the landlord is allowing the install?

As @lettice indicates, it's Sky as an ISP (or any other Openreach ISP) which has to raise an OpenReach Data Integrity query through their Openreach Customer Portal: a civilian can't do that directly and Openreach won't accept an instruction from them.
