FNP v Lions - signal keeps dropping out

Hi, I'm trying to watch the British and Irish Lions rugby match on sky sports and the picture has gone black then the sound goes off then the sound comes back on then the picture stays off. It's off and on off and on all the time. 
my skybox on TV is working fine on all other channels apart from sky sports Lions. 
Can  you confirm this is if this is a general issue affecting multiple people  please.

As this is happening across different platforms both satelite & stream it woukld seem to be a transmission issue and has been raised to Sky.

In the meantime you could try watching via Sky Sports Main Event.

Thank you for letting us know you had noticed some picture and sound issues on Sky Sports Action earlier. I checked with our teams who confirmed we did identify an issue with the output which was resolved as soon as possible.

Just tried to watch it as was out this morning - got as far as 1/2 time but with no sound for the last 10 or som minutes of the first half - now showing technical fault so I can't get past the 1st set of 1/2 time ads.

come on Sky this isn't good enough for what we pay!

The lack of picture and sound persisted for quite some time. I and others missed large parts of the game.  I'm surprised there wasn't a message on the screen or some audio message straightaway to say something along the lines of - sorry you may be experiencing picture and sound loss. Whenever that sort of thing happens with the likes of BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc, this happens straight away, they own it and communicate the issue and not leave you in the dark wondering!

But an extremely small amount for any individual item in the schedule unless it's a PPV event (which typically do get refunded if technical problems arise)

You could try asking Sky for a goodwill gesture but I doubt anything would be coming by default.
