Disneyplus

I cannot get disneyplus on sky for free to work.it says its all ready to use.but when I go to disneyplus app it just takes me to the subscription page.i cannot get on my tv the setup for sky free on the app.page.i don't have an account with disney.so its all geared up for disneyplus on sky.but it wont let me sign into the app.without the subscription page.
