Disney plus not working for 6 days

Hi - I've been getting for following message when trying to open Disney Plus.

Error Code: 1026 - AUTH_SERVICE_INIT_FAILURE

 

ive tried calling Sky, who said to check for software updates - which I have done. Then tried calling back as advised by Sky and asked for APP TEXHNICAL SUPPORT - but just getting  sent to this terrible service.

Which Sky tv service, do you have, Sky Q or Sky Stream/Glass?

 

When a few others in the past have had this problem, it mostly due to an internet communication issue.

 

A few things to try:

 

Are you using some kind of VPN software on your local network, if so disable it for your Sky Tv boxes if you can.

 

Otherwise, try restarting your router, leaving it off power for at least thirty minutes as doing so will for most ISPs reset your WAN IP address.

Plus, do a power restart of both your TV and your Sky boxes.
