That error is normally associated with an IP addressing issue.

Im assuming you have tried a restart if your Glass TV and a refresh of your apps as described here;

https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/fixing-a-problem-sky-glass/fixing-sky-glass-tv-apps/art...

A few things to try:

Are you using some kind of VPN software on your local network, if so disable it for your Glass TV if you can.

Otherwise, try restarting your router, leaving it off power for at least thirty minutes as doing so will for most ISPs reset your WAN IP address.

Who by the way is your broadband ISP?

Disney plus (+) error code 1026 fix

If you try to log into Disney + and get error code "1026" do the following steps to solve it.

https://help.disneyplus.com/en-GB/article/disneyplus-en-us-error-1026

Go on to the live chat as shown on this screenshot...

At first you will get a bot/Ai asking you questions. Go through the steps it goes through but get to the point it connects you to an actual person.

When it connects you to a real person tell them "I can't connect to Disney+ through Sky, I have an error code 1026"

They'll ask you some questions but all you need to do is get your IP address from https://www.whatismyip.com/

Disney will reset your IP and it should then work.

Re: Disney plus error code 1026

Hi, no not using any VPN. Have tried resetting both the router and the tv by turning them off and unplugging but as yet not luck in sorting out the issue

I can use Disney plus on my phone and air play to the tv but it's a bit fiddly.

my broadband isp is Fibrenest

No still no luck. My sky glass TV ip address is different to everything else in my network so I need to get in touch with sky I think to resolve it

Re: Disney plus error code 1026

Hi, oddly it has started working again today the only thing that I did do was restart the internet connection from the tv.

not sure why resetting the tv and router didn't fix before so whether that work or not I don't know could just be a coincidence very weird will have to keep an eye on it!

Re: Disney plus error 1026

Just sharing in case this helps anyone else.
if you find you are getting this error message on more than one device you need to call Disney Plus help desk - they will add your IP address to their database and it should solve everything.
I called them today - this is an issue stemming from internet providers moving from IPv4 to IPv6 protocols and it is apparently messing up Disney's IP tracking. I hope that helps.

This is often caused as we have seen in this community from other customers by a broadband issue, namely your ISP supplied IP for some reason not recognised correctly by Disney.

Others have contacted Disney via their chat or call options here, and got it resolved;
