That's correct and a reliable source on DigitalSpy has also confirmed that no other Disney channels are relaunching but there seems to be some Disney fanatics on social media who won't believe it.

No Disney Jr. is not on Sky yet. However, the official epgsky.com site (that the above site uses, and is owned by Sky) is showing a full schedule https://awk.epgsky.com/hawk/linear/schedule/20251021/1183

This site just makes the likes of Disney Jr.'s schedule easy to read.
