I activated my Disney+ with Sky and clearly made a mess of it. I read the online guides and thought it was possible to import an existing Disney+ account that uses a different email address to my Sky account email. How wrong I was.
I have spent hours and hours on the phone to Sky and Disney, neither have solved it. Sky believe I have an active subscription through them, but Disney cannot find one. Disney ask me to ask Sky for a 16 digit reference number, Sky instead send me a 50 character partner ID. Disney have no idea what to do with that.
Has anyone else had this and managed to solve it? Absolutely appalled that the two companies don't work this out together, and instead ask me to be a middle-man. My contract is with Sky, it is Sky's responsibility to fix this.
