Discovery+ probs

Cannot get discovery+ working thru sky or on phone keeps saying renew subscription spent 6 hours yesterday and 7 call handlers trying to get it to work

contacted discovery+ and they check against my email address there is no subscription should be free thru sky 

they are going to replace sky box this will be third box

keep going around in circles
