Discovery plus limited access

Discovery plus limited access. How do you watch full content as it keeps saying to upgrade the membership. I thought full access to app was included?

When you go to manage account is the discovery app it should say the subscription type is "provided by sky" or something along that line.

 

it sounds like you may need to try and relink.

Have you tried logging in to discovery plus on another non-Sky device and check to see if the show plays.

 

if it does you need to reboot your Sky device. 

1. out it into standby mode

2. turn it off at the plug

3. wait at least 30 seconds

4. turn it back on at the plug

Hiya, I rebooted and it's the same. I don't think it's linked with Sky but not sure how's they connect. The app doesn't play it either without paying for subscription. I think it's not linked. I had to create an account to set up but there's no option to link it to sky. Appreciating all the advice! I'm just stuck 😕

I had the exact same issue, the first time it didn't link properly and discovery cancelled the subscription dispite it still saying "provided by Sky" in the account type.

 

going through the linking the second time got it to work successfully.

Thank you! It's linked now! I couldn't get into sky store but after rebooting I followed that last link and now it works!
