After looking online, it says that I can watch the Davis Cup Finals and Billie Jean King Cup Finals via the Tennis Channel. However, there is no coverage available. Where can I watch these important tournaments?

'The Tennis Channel' is not a Sky Sports service: it's a US-based distributor owned by Sinclair Television Group. Sky Sports Tennis does not have rights to those events and mostly carries ATP/WTA tournaments.

Note that the BBC appears to have rights to BJK ties involving UK players.
