Changing the age of my netflix account

When im on my netflix its not allowing me to change the age . How do i change it if its connected through sky. We have been using sky for a year now . We just recently connected our sky to out netflix. Since my sister hasmd a children's account we want to change it to a 12A but now it's saying to refer to the netflix website
