I wish to cancel the sky PIn for access to Films etc
The system only allows me to change the pin noit remove it

An addition to @caesarome's comment, the PIN is required for 12, 15 or 18 rated programmes, movies, etc. broadcast from 05:30 to 21:00, including recordings if watched during these times.

It's PIN control which enables broadcast of those films on Sky Cinema channels: without it they couldn't be on air during the daytime.
Of course, this is now hopelessly outdated with the widespread presence of streaming platforms that don't have to deploy Mandatory Daytime Protection because they didn't exist when the relevant legislation was formulated, but it's still UK law for 'broadcasting'.
