Why can't I get Disney+ As I had it on my other Sky box, but since I renewed it, I am unable to get it as I promised it as I am a vip

@Bowlingchris I don't know who you spoke to but there is no free Disney offer for sky customers

the free ones are the basic tiers of Netflix, paramount and discovery plus only

Are you sure you are not confusing Disney + with Discovery +.

Discovery + is available free for Sky Q and Sky Stream/Glass customers?

You also do get Netflix (standard with ad) tier free with Sky Stream and Sky Glass.
