BBC iplayer

For several nights BBC I player keeps sticking whilst watching the channel. Speed all good and no visual issues. Any idea how to fix?

@Dave20261   Hi Dave, what Sky sysyem do you have, is it Sky+, SkyQ, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?   Once we know which we may be able to help you.

@Dave20261  Hi Dave, I now have Sky Stream but a good while ago I had SkyQ, so someone who has it may have an update solution but when I had it the only suggestion I had back then was just to turn off at the power source and wait a couple of minutes then plug back in and wait for it to reload, then try iPlayer again.  I hope it works.
