I've tried all the replugging/switching on-off etc as directed. My internet seems to be ok but the booster is not connecting and my tv is receiving all channels but not any of the apps I'm paying for.
I'm 78 and not into fiddling around interminably to try to sort out this problem, which happened suddenly and is not of my doing.
Is there a phone number I can call to arrange for a sky technician to call to get this up and running again?
