Apple TV not connecting

Apple TV app in not connecting on my sky glass tv

I still have this problem. It's been like it for the last couple of days. It's needs fixing or some clear instructions on how to fix it.

I've had it for 48 hours now. Very strange, no indication of what's wrong or how to fix. Have tried rebooting / refreshing etc  Connection fine for everything else. Would be nice to get a notification of some sort that it was being looked into

No I spoke to a sky person yesterday. He reported to technical team but still no apple tvtoday😢😢

I have said 4 times now.....the fix is really simple:

Settings: 0,0,1 middle button, reset settings!!!

We have the same problem. Error first appeared on 12th december and still not connecting. The amount of people reporting this issue needs sky to look into this for us all.

@LFF That suggestion did not work for me on Sky stream unfortunately. I have mentioned that in an earlier post.

Still trying to get Apple TV App to work, and still not working, 2 days later .. when is SKY going to fix this glitch.
