can we please have a direct answer from a sky representative on this matter . one that doesn't blame user error.    it's obvious apple has had a bad update.  I like to fix it WITHOUT having to delete the data of every app.    I'll just switch to apple t.v firstick if that's the case. 

seems a bit counter productive to do this however.   

@PandJ2020 please help. I know your good at this stuff.

Same ,done app refresh to solve Netflix issue now can't connect Apple TV to the streaming puck. I've now given myself another problem I didn't have 😳

Had this issue since Friday I've reset the apps on the sky Q Box and done all the other fixes already suggested in this thread to no avail. All I wanted to do was watch F1 SKY Sort it out is hell of a frustrating.

But why have Sky done nothing or responded to this issue for the past 3 days? Both Sky & Apple telephone technical support have been inundated by calls.

Apple TV

My Apple TV app on skyq is not working, we were watching a programme then when it finished we came out of the App and on going back in it a few minutes later it is displaying 'Could Not Connect to Apple TV', this has been 3 days now.  I've done a 001 app reset but still nothing, who do I contact, Sky or Apple?
