Amazon Prime App workinon my phone but not my smart TV for renting or buying a film.

@JudyAnn Unless this is on Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream any app issues on a non Sky device is not Sky's problem.

Thanks! I solved the problem by renting the film on another device. Then I did off-on with Sky. This time when I tried the Prime app all worked and the film wa great! 😊
