What are you trying to watch on HBO Max?
Is this for everything or is it something specific? New movies for example are not available on the 'basic with ads' included on sky at no extra cost

- I'm unable to watch some shows and movies
New Warner Bros. discovery movies aren’t included in HBO Max Basic with Ads. To watch them in the app, you’ll need to upgrade your HBO Max plan in Sky Marketplace, the My Sky App or on Sky.com. You can’t do this in the HBO Max app.
If you have Sky Cinema, you can watch these movies on Sky without changing anything
