Disney+

I had a Disney+ subscription which I transferred to sky this month when the option became available. I activated the account at the time through sky and everything seemed to work fine. I haven't watched it in a couple of weeks, went to login tonight and it says to choose a plan, but on MySky, it says I have an active plan. I've tried using the chat bot and help pages but seem to be going round in circles, does anyone know how to fix this issue?
