@Bernadineohanlo Hi, you haven't said what Sky recommended so sorry if you have tried this already.Turn on the puck manually, and point the remote control at it and press 1 & 3 together for 3 seconds...

@LornaRich I'm not sure if this is what you mean but if you use the voice button and say "Sky Cinema comedy's" they all appear.

@Trevbo Go to Settings and chose Accessibility and switch Audio description to Off, that should sort it.
