Pixelation after using discovery +

Having just had all new sky equipment  supplied and fitted , running at 360mb,s 

All channels were OK then we signed in and watched discovery +, now ordinary channels like discovery  wild and E4 hd it's pixelating and crashing the screen. I looked around the interwebs and found that it's a common conception that the problem is discovery + app.

To be honest it's making me regret leaving virgin as I only switched to save money.i guess you do get what you pay for 😪

When you use any apps on the Stream box, always exit the apps properly, don't just return to the home screen as the apps are still open in the background which causes this type of issue.
