unable to receive calls

Hi,

started with sky today internent fine.  I can make outgoing telephone calls no problem, but my number is not recognised for incoming calls,  Any ideas?

Full fibre? Or broadbandvia your phone line?

 

It's not uncommon for the activation of your landline service to take 24 hours or so to fully complete. By all means post again tomorrow if you're still having problems.
