something wrong with my land line

When I phone my land line it is engaged and if I phone from my land line it ends the call. Where do go to find out if there are problems.

It says there are no problems.

If I follow the link it asks me if I have interenet calls.

There should be a direct link to see if there is a problem with my land line, hopefully.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
