Can  I be charged if I forgot to hang up the phone and the other party did

@Derray  If the other end put their phone down then the call should disconnect.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Well they still insist charging me they going to take 12 pounds off my bill next month as a refund but I'm still going to be charged 14.00
