sky talk

our phone has no dial tone we reported this a while ago sky said no line problems???

@ravarnet1When and how did you report this before and what action did Sky say they would take to get this fixed?

we reported it months ago but they said there was no problem,i reported it again on monday as we got a new phone and its still not working,they said they would check and get back to me which they havnt  im not happy

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:

You can also run this test via the MySky app.

i did all the checks suggested and it says all is fine but it isnt there must be something wrong

Probably best to speak to Sky again. It would be quickest to call, if you have the means,  but otherwise we can flag your post to them, and the Community adviser team may be,able to contact you here via their online messaging system. Let us know if you wish to use the messaging service.
