New Landline Telephone Number

When moving home to a different area you will not be able to use your old landline number. When/how do Sky let you know your new telephone number ? Do you have to do anything or will they automatically give you a new number if you are already an established Sky customer and just moving home ?

Dial 17070 from the landline and listen to the outgoing message is the quickest method or dial your mobile to see what number is displayed.

Alternatively check the Sky app or take a look at emails sent by Sky about the service.
