Thanks for your message.

 

I did speak with BT/EE from Tech one peson said Sky canceled the request to port then another person said once the old landline upgrades to DV it cannot be ported over to a new provider  not sure if this if true according to ofcom you are allowed to port your number. I feel I am going round in circles with this but thank you so much for your help. I have complained to EE/BT they will call me on Tuesday with a response.

Hello

 

I hope you can help regarding porting my original landline number which is the correct process to port the landline keeping the original telephone number is for Sky to request transfer which they will port of the landline including the number or they have to request to port working take over as I have been getting mix information which is the correct process.
