phoneline still not working despite an engineer coming out

My sky phone line hasnt worked for weeks despite an engineer apparently coming out to fix it

Can you give us the background to this? Are you new to Sky broadband/landline? Has your landline with Sky been OK up to the point where it stopped working? When was the engineer booked for?

over a month ago cant remember exact date phoneline still dead but thankfully my broadband still working luckily i do have a mobile but thats not really the point they sent an email saying they had fixed the problem but they didnt come to my house

Does your broadband hub have a voice light on it that is lit and if so if your phone connection plugged into it ?
