Fibre Optic upgrade yesterday phones not working

Following the fibre optic upgrade my landline does not work & I run a business from home. My phone is an internet phone but up until now have used as a standard line. Need to activate phone to receive internet calls but can't contact anyone to help - just get referred to troubleshooting but that gets me nowhere - can anyone help me please

@Joanne69 an internet phone is connected to your broadband service, not the phone line, so I'm unclear what sort of phone you have.

 

To work on a Sky landline, you need a standard analogue phone - one which is compatible with a standard wall socket, although for a Sky landline it would be plugged into the phone socket at the back of your broadband Hub.
