Can receive but not make internet calls on landline

Had fullfibre fitterd 4 days ago. Since then can receive internet calls but not make them. I get a dialing tone, it dials the number but wont connect. Can anyone help?

With the intervening Bank Holiday, it's possible that Talk activation hasn't completed yet. Do you have a white Max Hub or a black one?

Black. Tried all the trouble shooting ideas.

For anyone else experiencing this problem. I contacted sky and they said it wasnt uncommon but thankfully very easy to fix! Unplug the sky hub and the white open reach box (mine has 3 green lights on it and is fixed to the wall) for at least an hour. The problem was resolved when i turned them back on, i can now make and receive calls. Hope this helps others.
