only 3 lights showing, no voice

Hi 

I noticed yesterday  (18/11l that I stopped receiving calls after 4pm. The Internet works fine, and I cannot receive or make calls. Only 3 lights appear but no voice light. I've rebooted and went through the online help and connected to the master socket and still the problem persists. I called at 530 issh today but an automated message suggest things are busy. Can I get some assistance please, I've been 24hours without a phone now.

@SH+Patel   Has your phone line been working prior to this?  Was your phone connected to the hub at the time it last worked?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@SH+PatelHave you tried to call Sky again since you initial call, they are still open.

My phone has never been directly contected to the hub but via an extension. I tried plugging in directly but makes no difference, the voice light should appear regardless and I believe that's the fundamental issue
