my phone line just crackles. It was all fine up until yesterday and the online help is unhelpful as it takes me round in circles and gets me nowhere.
I cant ring as the line crackles and I have limited mobile connection where I live. I simply want to report a fault and yes, I have completed the online help to no effect

It's a pitty sky doesn't use my declared email address rather than their default setting to my sky mail which I haven't used in years, so despite your requests to contact me, I simply haven't seen your efforts.

You don't need to an email prompt. Just look out for the blue/red chat bubble here.
