Discussion topic: no dial tone

no dial tone

I have just joined sky broadband and talk. I have read most of the other discussions on the forum with a similar issue. The green lights are on, broadband and wifi are working, can make and receive calls but do not have a dial tone. Can someone advise how i can resolve this issue. thanks

Including the 'Voice' light? Is your phone plugged into the Hub? It won't work from the wall socket.
