new instalation left me with no phone

you should have installed sky tv ,broadband and phone on 30/9/2022 but only the tv half turned up thetvbut the broadband and phone did not arrive i waited all day you made another appointment a week later he turned up but when he left i had no phone and i am still without a phone i am 79years old i ama very sick person i need a phone none of your people will help (theperson who sold me the deal,the man that fitted the broad band and phone )what am i todo
