my internet went off fault in there box they told me my phone was through the internet but my phone does not work.i cant make that stupid bot understand

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Who told you there was a fault in the box? Has the fault been fixed? If not, your phone won't work either until it is.
