Hi My parents left sky to EE but have returned to sky within the cooling off period, but have had there landline phone changed. Can you retrieve the old landline number still please.

@landline2 welcome to this customer Community. It's unlikely that Sky will respond to your post here. If the old number was ported to EE, there's a possibility that it can be ported back to Sky.
