Hi my landline phone is working now thank you it worked the next day.

My Sky Landline is not working and has not been working for almost a year.  Recently received a new Sky Hub so tried plugging phone into this from the wall.spcket but not light as come on and still no dial tone.  I have reset the hub several times and nothing.  I really need the landline to work as my son will be travelling to and from school alone and that will be the only way for him to contact us when he is home.

@Tamsin+constable  does that coincide with when you joined Sky? Or have you been a phone/broadband customer for longer?

I have been with Sky for over 15 years and for the last 6 years with Broadband and sky talk.

@Tamsin+constable it's unlikely then that you have Internet calls, and your phone should therefore be plugged into the wall socket.

Clicking 'no I still need' then 'I'd prefer to get in touch' will give,you options for contacting Sky to report it.
