Hi, broadband was acticated yesterday but the landline is not working. When I try to call my home number from my mobile it is ringing out but my home phone is not actually ringing and there is no dialing tone. Anyone any ideas? I have the double socket and have tried plugging the phone into the router as diected for that type of box and also plugged into the phone socket on the box but neither work

thank you for responding, I can't see a green voice light, there doesn't appear to be any lights on the router other than a white light indicating that the internet is working I think
