dead land line but net good

I have no land line it is dead but broadband is perfect.

Is it possible to set up phone through internet and if so any help would be appreciated

Try plugging  your  phone  into  your router  and see if  you  get a dialing  tone

There should be a  phone  socket  in the  back of your  router, have you  changed  your  broadband  to full fibre broadband or is the router  connected  to a normal  phone  socket  ?

@ian4a are you new to Sky landline/broadband or recently upgraded your broadband service? Or has your landline phone with Sky been working OK up to now?

Have tried that now phone says line is busy

Hi

Yes been working up to the last few days. It keeps saying Line busy.
