constant dialling tone
I dial a number and instead of it ringing there is a dialling tone all the time. When someone phones me i cannot hear them nor them me. On the screen of my land line phone it says that the line is already being used! how can this be?

@PMANSER61 what's the background to this, please? Are you new to Sky Talk/Broadband? Or recently upgraded your broadband service? Or has your landline with Sky worked OK up to now?
