can receive calls but cannot make calls

Hello,

Our phone has an issue where we cannot make outgoing calls but can receive incoming calls.

The phone will dial the number but then remain silent for 20 seconds or so and then beep a tone over and over

@sfitchDid this happe out of the blue or after you upgraded your package with Sky or Joined Sky?

I recently upgraded to ultrafast, which should include sky talk. But yes it happened after I upgraded

@sfitchWhere is your phone plugged in just now? Is it still in the wall or is this now in the back of the router?

@Highlinderhi, it's plugged into the back of the router, voice light is green
