phone is not working,

my homee phob=ne has no tone, cant ring out, and when i ring from mobile it has an engaged tone. spoke to BT, they said need a Sky engineer out. tried all online help suggeested by Sky, no joy.

Engineer came out last this happend and it was sorted a few years ago.

How do i book an engineer.

@shifynapGive Sky a call via your mobile if you are not with Sky for mobile you can find the number at the bottom of the link below under " Need more help "

But you can always give the phone-line test a go and that might find the fault that can be ran from the link below.

have tried all test, no joy.

have to phone from mobile, but always just asked to wait, then do test, appauling service seeeing as i pay a fotune for my package.

just need an engineer to come out.

If an engineer could contact me that would be great, thanks for your help.

it is incredibly frustrating not being able to speak to an engineer or someone who can help, especially as I pay so much for my package, ... that are happy to take the money... but no customer service??? When did that become the standard??

An engineer won't contact you. You've been offered the opportunity of your post being escalated to a Sky expert who can check your line, and if necessary notify Openreach. Do you want that escalation?

Yep, as @Daniel0210 posted it would be a customer services adviser who invites you to an online chat here. Or you can call if you prefer, Sky will take your call - just wait on the line if the robot send you a link to test the connection, and you'll be put through to an adviser.
