What is our landline number

Why did you never issue is with a new landline number when you took over our line a few weeks ago.  BT cancelled everything and we now have no landline number to contact family and friends.

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum. Dial 17070 from your landline and listen to the message, or ring your mobile from it.

@Nottytotty  No one on the forum would have done this as we are all customers here.

 

You should be aware you are not talking to Sky via the forum.  Have ypu logged into your Sky account under broadband & talk?  The number is normally there, or you can call 17070 from your landline.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky will have emailed you with the new number, unless you asked to keep your old one.
