I understand that if I have a new message in my voicemail box I should hear an interrupted dial tone when I lift the receiver. I just hear a normal dial tone so I have no way of knowing if I have a new message or not. Is there a setting that I need to change somewhere?

Thanks. Voicemail is active, set up and working fine, it is just the indication that is missing
