VOIP

Had full fibre installed today. Can make phonecalls out with phone but when you phone in using our landline number it doesn't work ?

@Nicola006 it appears to be not uncommon. Give it a couple of days, and if it's still not working give Sky a call (or we can ask their messaging team to contact you here for a private online chat if you post again in a couple of days time).
