My landline phone is not allowing me to answer calls, or make calls. Can't hear or speak. When it sometimes let's me pick up calls I can't hear anyone and they can't hear me. I have no light on my voice light, which is in the router box. All other lights are green and no light on VOICE. Please help. My mum is 89 years old and her landline is the only way she can keep in contact with family. Thanks. SALEMA

Do you have authorisation on the account?

It's me, but don't worry I have fixed the problem via customer service and booked an engineer to come out too. Thanks very much.

I did thanks. The problem was in the phone connection as too many things including mums alarm system, router and phone coming off one connection in the wall. Took off the buffer thing and phone works now. Maybe was overloaded. But phones at at least untill engineer comes next week. Thank you.
