I have been unable to receive calls to my landline for the past two days. I have checked the service status and it states there is an outage. May be a silly question but, Can anyone tell me exactly what this means please 🥺 Thank you.
An outage means there is a fault somewhere outside of your property that will be fixed by a company called Openreach to fix, usually such issues are fixed within a few days but can take longer depending on where the fault it.
