No landline

I have just had Ultra Fibre broadband conneccted, along with Sky glass.

 

2 things not good.

 

1  My landline isnot working.  What do I do?

 

2 on my remote, the fast forward isn't working, what do I need to do?

It can take up to 24 hours for the phone to start working.
