Unable to receive calls on landline

Since Sunday unable to receive calls on landline I can call out but when someone calls me the line is dead nothing no ringing tone and doesn't ring in house no issues in area are showing tried to contact but that's a waitse of time just on hold for hours and online chat not working

Although it says this is for broadband try running then line test here:

if it doesn't find any issue then Sky can also be contacted via the social media links at the bottom of this page.

@Bennybenny I'm assuming you don't have internet calls (where your phone plugs into your broadband Hub). If that's incorrect let us know.

If the suggestions don't help, clicking the still need help button will lead to a form you can use to report the fault.

Spoke to the chat bot thing and they couldn't help so just left me with nobody to talk to. I've bought a new phone today as we thought the old one was broken, wasn't the case. Run a diagnostic check and there are no faults

Just reported the issue and it closed the case immediately as I have an open case with them already. Which I don't, I haven't contacted sky for ages. So I can't report the fault, I've tried everything with the phone, even bought a new one and now I've nowhere to go.
